I have lots of experience in software development / project management - note the gray hair - I earned it by focusing on the quality of the projects I have worked on.
Extensive professional IT project management and business analyst experience. I have worked at a management level on many enterprise projects going from concept to deployment and maintenance. I have managed multiple teams of programmers and am fluent in all parts of the software development life cycle from requirements to deployment.
As a project manager I have extensive interaction with clients (both external and internal). I have many years of experience developing strong relationships with clients to better understand their needs and work with them to develop high quality applications. I am a strong believer in a “high touch” relationship with clients (and developers.) I want the client to know that I am committed to providing them a high quality experience and help them to understand what services we can provide.
Rachel Moraca - Web Developer / Social Media. Rachel grew up using the web and social media - she is a natural working with clients to integrate technology and social media.
We are based out of Sarasota, FL - a great place to be - especially in the winter!!!
